HOA Board of Directors

Members of the Palm Bay at Bayside HOA Board of Directors are your neighbors who serve on a voluntary basis to govern the affairs of the Association. They differ from one another in terms of backgrounds, experience and skills, but they work together to achieve a common goal of serving the community. Managing the HOA is very much like running any other type of business. To be effective, Directors must put aside self-interests and friendships they may have with other homeowners in order to carry out their responsibilities in a fair and consistent manner and for the good of everyone in the community. To that end, our Board members take time from their personal schedules to inform and educate themselves on their roles and the myriad of issues that face homeowner associations. Being a Board member may sometimes be a lot of work, but they do it for the satisfaction of knowing that they can make a difference in the lives of their neighbors.
